preebles's avatar Anthony Burger was such an inspiration to me. His music brought my heart to the throne of God. We will miss Anthony, but wow he is now, with his own eyes, beholding the Savior he loved.

What a tremendous loss to the field of gospel music! I have been fan since he was with the Kingsmen! He was THE greatest musician I have ever met. Our loss is Heaven's gain! Now he is playing for all those we have lost in the field of Gospel Music! WHAT A HOMECOMING CHOIR HE BELONGS TO NOW!

Heaven's sounding sweeter all the time with the great singers and musicians that have crossed over to the great beyond.
The Burger was certainly a great one. Will we ever see the likes of his talent again?

Our family is deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of Anthony. We had just been to seen him in January and were looking forward to seeing him again in April.

God needed Anthony and he is now singing and playing with the choirs and angels in heaven. We loved him and will miss his presence and his beautiful music.

He had to have been the greatest musician this world has ever known and such an inspiration.
Our prayers are with the Burgers and the Gaithers as they go through this extremely difficult time.

Over the years, I have really enjoyed Anthony Burger's music. He will be sorely missed. I know God is glad to have him in His home in the sky. (Just wondering what song he was playing for the Lord when He called him home.) I would be interested in purchasing another CD with his music if one could be recorded. I really appreciated his dedication to the Lord - what a masterpiece he was!
