The Dunaways took the stage on Wednesday, July 7, during this year’s Crabbfest performing with Mark Lowry, LordSong, Aaron Wilburn, the Crabb Family, Gerald Crabb and Mike Bowling. Before they left the stage, at least three standing ovations later, the group had delighted the crowd and created a buzz that continued the rest of the week. Following the stage appearance, the Dunaways were busy at their product table, greeting fans and making new friends.
This is the reception and response they seem to get wherever they sing. “We never cease to be amazed at how God works,” said Tammy Dunaway. “It is such an honor to be used as a vessel for Him, and we just pray that He continues to use us for a long time to come.”
The Dunaways also joined Dottie Rambo at the Dottie Rambo Showcase where the dynamic lead singer for the group, 19-year-old Kanah Dunaway, sang a solo.
The group has been named in the top five for the 2004 Singing News Horizon Group award, and Kanah was named in the top 10 for Horizon Individual.
The group’s current single, “I Still Trust You,” is currently at number 42 in its second month on the Singing News Top 80 Chart. This comes on the heels of the previous release, “Beautiful Day,” which climbed into the Top 40. Both songs are from the groups newest CD, Beautiful Day on the Family Music Group label.

Way to go guys and gals!
We had the Dunaways at our radio station's listener appreciation concert back in May and people loved them! We held them over to sing at our worship service the next morning at our church, Homeland Baptist. The group was such a blessing and wow, did they ever minister. People kept coming to the altar and getting their needs met during the service. If you ever have a chance to be with the Dunaways-GO! If your church is wanting a group who truly ministers, CALL THE DUNAWAYS. -
These folks are the real deal. Great family harmonies, anointed by God. It just doesn't get any better than that.
