This will most likely be deleted, and I know, it is a free site, so I probably don’t have any right to complain, but does it drive anyone else crazy - that big po-up that covers the screen when you come on the home page? It does me! Unless you open a new window, when you go back, up it pops again. The last time there was one of those, I didn’t come on very often til the occasion was over - how about less intrusive ads please? grin

The ad automatically closes in 20 seconds.  This site runs approximately 3 pop up ads a year that last approximately 1-2 weeks each.  Every ad is set to be closed easily.

Please upgrade your browser!

If you are seeing this message it is because your browser version will not be compatible with the features of this website. Please upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0 or use another browser. We recommend FireFox.

A new issue for me is the Browser notice ... I don’t wish to upgrade to IE7,and no offense, but I have no interest in FireFox.  Is there a workaround or something I can set to turn the notice off?

Thanks,
Tony

Tony,
Actually there is IE8 now and it works great (at least for me) I know that the administrators recommend FireFox. Give IE8 a try - you never know. smile

You should at the very minimum (for security sake) be running IE7.

There is no way for you to turn off the browser notice.  It is there to help everyone understand that the website may not function to full capacity with older browsers.

Here are a few reasons why you need to upgrade:
