Please pray for my mother.  We just found out on Thursday that she has a huge tumor on her right kidney.  They are 99% sure it is cancerous.  Mom is going to be 80 on June 5.  We lost my Dad last Oct 29 to bladder cancer.  While Mom was still trying to deal with that, on Feb 27, she had a heart attack & had to have 2 stents put in.  She has not fully recovered from that & now this.  My Mom is a good Christian woman and has no doubts where she will spend eternity, but selfishly, my self and my brother(and his family) don’t feel we are ready to give her up.  Mom and I believe in miracles and know that God can do a healing, but we also know that He sometimes chooses not to.  All I ask is that God’s will be done and that He gives us the Grace to accept whatever answer He gives.

Been there, made the same decisions about my mom - it’s difficult, but He will walk through it WITH you.

Praying for your Mother and your entire family,
God knows what’s best.  May you and family have the peace about the out-come.
As you stated, she knows where she’s headed.
Praying she doesn’t have to suffer.
You are not selfish for wanting to keep her here, that just natural.

as my mother is the same age in july, i understand how you feel.  i, too, believe in miracles.  i’m praying for your mother.
