I was in chemistry class when the announcement was made that President Kennedy had been shot.

Me too!

I was only 11 months old so I’m sure I was with Mom wherever she was.  I do know that 20 years ago on this date I was at the hopsital delivering our youngest. She was a beautiful bundle of joy born during a tropical storm and has grown into an even more beautiful young woman with a strong desire to serve the Lord.  She will be leaving in January for a 3 month mission trip to Southeast Asia, so please keep her in your prayers.

I know I strayed from the topic; just couldn’t help myself.

I was ironing while listening to TV

I was watching TV too, one of the Soap Oprea’s though I’m not sure which one??

I was in 11th grade English class, fifth period I think. The announcement came over the PA that the President had been shot and then shortly afterward another announcement that he had died. Avery sad time for our country and one of those days that you can always remember.

I was in Bible School in Minneapolis and working in the Library.  We sat “glued” to the TV well into the night.

I was in the movie theater at Bitburg A.F.B. in Germany. The movie stopped and we were told on the p. a. system to report to our duty stations asap. Do not go to barracks,  do not stop to eat, or any other needless delays. When we arrived at our base, planes were already lining up on the taxiways ready to take off at a moments notice. We were then told what had happened. Very scarry night to br in Western Germany.  Bill
