Zion Music News - Mar 09

I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called. —Ephesians 4:1

I believe that everyone has a calling on their life. There is a ministry for every willing heart. I know people who knew their calling early in their teens. Others of us scrambled through life and from our own brokenness finally found our voice and ministry. Asking the question daily..."Lord who do you want me to be?" is a great start! God has a ministry for you, but he needs a willing vessel that is submissive to His will!

Submitting to God's plan in business, personal life, family decisions, politics is where we find peace and fulfillment. When you find your place in ministry, be confident in God's work through you. Even on days when you doubt your impact on the world around you.....when you feel restless and doubt God's call, take comfort in previous experiences that assured you that God's hand is on your life. Recall people who told you that you made a difference in their life and determine every day that your mission will be to make a difference in someone else's world! God has given you skills, personality, gifts and talents that no-one else has! It is such a joy to use those gifts to bring honor to God and to positively impact our world!
