Singin’ In The Sun

We just returned from four days in Myrtle Beach, SC. Wow! What a time we had! This is 2nd G’s second year to sing at Singing In The Sun, which is promoted by Ray Flynn of Abraham Productions. Remember the days of youth camp? We’ve decided that Singing In The Sun reminds us of those days. You make new friends and each year you go back, see your friends and make more new ones! Each day there was filled with so much fun and the evenings were times of refreshing and uplifting as each group poured out their souls ministering to the people. As we have said in our bio we grew up listening to the great’s of southern gospel music and now to be able to share such exciting times with them is so awesome. God is so good!! This was the first year for Jimmy Hoskins, our new member to attend. Many times he said it was overwhelming to be part of such excitement. Jimmy is doing great and we can’t wait until we get back into the studio. Time went by so quickly and before we knew it, it was Saturday night and time to go home. But, we left Myrtle Beach, SC with our hearts full and our minds renewed. The ministry given by each singer and speaker was wonderful. We are so excited about what we see God doing in our lives and those around us. It’s like the old song says, “If it keeps getting better and better oh Lord, I don’t know what I’m gonna do!” Until next time, keep singing!
