Open letter from Randy Crawford. . .
Effective immediately, I have resigned my position as lead singer for the Carolina Boys Quartet. I have been praying about the time I have to spend with my family and due to the increased touring schedule of the group, I feel it is time to be a husband and father and serve with my gifts in other ways. Once God calls you to service, I believe that you are always called, and can serve in many ways. I look forward to seeing the journey that God has placed before me and my family.
It has been more than an honor to have been a part of the mighty Kingsmen Quartet and to have been part of the original Carolina Boys Quartet. I will always be thankful to Eldridge and Greg Fox for giving me the opportunity to sing with the Kingsmen.
To Ray Reese and the rest of the guys I say a huge THANKS!!! You guys mean the world to me and I wish nothing but the best and continued success in all you do. I pray God's richest blessings on you and your families.
Thanks to the wonderful people who follow and support the CBQ - - you are truly the best!!!
Please continue to remember me and my family in your prayers during this time of change. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

I wish Randy the very best in all that he does. He and Karen are some of the nicest, sweetest people in the world. I pray that God continues to bless Randy, Karen, and their family.

Maybe a family group in the making(not rumor),maybe a suggestion.
I pray God's blessings on both Randy & Karen. I'll miss Randy & I pray that he'll be happy serving God closer to home.
God is good all the time & all the time God is good.

I will miss Randy when we go to see the Carolina Boys in Warner Robins in November. He added such energy to the group. But I wish Randy and his family the very best in the future as the Lord leads him on the path that He wants him to take.
