Blanche Pauline Holloway Lewis, affectionately known as Mom Lewis, matriarch of the world famous Blue Grass Gospel group The Lewis family, died Friday, February 8. She was 92 years old.
Viewing will be held Sunday, February 9, 6-9 P.M. at the Rees Funeral Home, 185 Peachtree Street, Lincolnton, GA. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 10, 3:00 P.M. at the Hephzibah Baptist Church, Lincolnton, GA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lewis Family Memorial Pavilion.

So sad to hear of mom Lewis passing. The Lewis family has been a treasure to bluegrass gospel music fans for so many years. We are fortunate to have new generations of the Lewis Family to continue the tradition of great bluegrass gospel music, but mom will certainly be missed by all! Our prayers are with pop Lewis & Little Roy & Sherri and the all the Lewis Family. God's peace & grace be with you all during this time of great loss.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Our prayers are with you and your family. Your's was the first Bluegrass Gospel group I ever heard and I was hooked immediately on Bluegrass. Thanks for all your contributions to God's work.
