Mark Trammell Trio Preparing For New Daywind Release

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.— The Mark Trammell Trio was recently in Hendersonville, Tennessee, laying down vocals for their new project with Daywind Records. Once Upon A Cross, produced by Steve Mauldin and Mark Trammell, features eleven songs including “Once Upon A Cross,” “You Can’t Hold Back The Flood,” “Moving The Hand Of God,” “Weary At The Well” and “America The Beautiful.” Songwriters include Marty Funderburk, Dianne Wilkinson, Rodney Griffin, Kyla Rowland, Joseph Habedank and Matthew Holt, among others.

“We are thrilled with the variety and spirit that we feel in this project. Dustin and Eric both sang better than ever,” stated Mark Trammell.

Once Upon A Cross can be found in your local Christian bookstore on February 20, 2007.

For nearly thirty years, Mark Trammell has been traveling and singing Southern Gospel music. He has received numerous awards including five Singing News Fan Awards for Favorite Baritone. The Mark Trammell Trio has been nominated for Trio of the Year at the Singing News Fan Awards for the past three years.

Daywind Records is based in Hendersonville, TN, and is distributed worldwide through New Day Christian Distribution and Word Entertainment/WEA. Daywind is also home to artists such as Brian Free & Assurance, Triumphant Quartet and the Perrys, among others.
