King’s Heralds - Jan 09

Well Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! We hope that everyone has had a blessed holiday season.

After being home for several weeks now, and taking advantage of not only the home cooked meals but also the homemade deserts we need to get back out on the road to drop those extra pounds that always accumulate! There are a couple of guys in the group, who will remain nameless, who swear that the cleaners shrinks their clothes every year around this time. We did something a bit different this year than in years past. We decided to take our vacation in December. As a result we had the whole month off. Talk about getting spoiled! The guys took full advantage of this time to settle in and enjoy the entire holiday season with their families. However, we must tell you that Jeff used his vacation not only to enjoy the holidays at home with his family, but he also get married on December the 66th to a beautiful woman named Linda. For those of you who have never met Linda, she is a true blessing not only to Jeff but to the group as well. As Jeff puts it, "I know I couldn't have done any better.""I just hope she doesn't realize how much better she could have done!" "She is a true blessing in my life and I thank God everyday for her." After the wedding they enjoyed their honeymoon and got back to Nashville just in time to do last minute Christmas shopping.

We are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things in 2009. We will be visiting some places overseas that we have not been before. We can't tell you to much about it now but let's just say that God is at work opening new avenues of ministry and we are more than excited to walk through. In addition to going new places, one of the places that we have not been to in several years is the Caribbean. we are going on a cruise this spring ,March 22-29 with our good friends The Heritage Singers as well as Ponder,Harp and Jennings. We would love for you to go with us and enjoy the good gospel music as well as the good gospel eating and fellowship. Get all the details on our website. Go to http://www.theheralds.org if you think you may be the least bit interested call ASAP as the cabins are going fast! Oh by the way, tell the good folks who will take your reservation that the King's Heralds sent you. We look forward to seeing everything that God is going to this new year. We wish all of you God's richest blessings in 2009.
