King’s Heralds - Apr 09

For those of you who did not go...you missed it! We had an awesome time and guess what you missed it! You missed some of the most beautiful scenery and good gospel singing as well as good gospel eating aboard one of the most elegant cruise ships sailing today! If you have been reading our articles for the past several months then you know that we just got back from our Carribean cruise. We think that most of us have our land legs back by now. Some of us are still trying to nurse our sunburns but we'll make it!

On March 22-29 The King's Heralds, The Heritage Singers, Ponder, Harp and Jennings took a group of our friends to the St. Martin, St. Thomas and Grand Turk. We had a wonderful time! We had the opportunity to take our wives with us and enjoyed this little vacation. We sang everyday but one. The concerts lasted anywhere between 1 1/2 to two hours. The rest of the time we just visited with friends and had the opportunity to make new ones. Oh did we mention that we shopping? Yes, we did some of that as well. All in all we had a great time and are looking forward to doing it again in th future.

As you are reading this, we are gearing up for our trip to the West Coast. This trip will take us through Texas and into Arizona. From there we work our way up the California coast into the great Pacific Northwest. Please keep us in your prayers. Pray for safe travel and that the good Lord will give us souls for our labor. There are a few more very exciting things that we have to tell you about, however, it will have to wait until next time because we've got to get our bags packed.. it's time to hit the road. Come see us when we are in your area. We'd love to meet you. Check our schedule at http://www.theheralds.org . We'll see ya down the road!
