One of my favorite singers in the world to hear. Listening to Janet sing is like being rocked in the arms of God. "If I'd Had My Way about It" remains my favorite song of hers and never ceases to keep its timelessness regardless of the situations in my life. I look forward to hearing this project.

Dr. Blue, Reading your post reminded me of the testimony of a friend of mine. She lost her young daughter to a very rare and sudden disease. She became sick and passed away all in the matter of a few days. One song she sings when she tells that story and what God taught her through it is "If I'd Had My Way About It." POWERFUL song....because we all do have our own wills we have to fight. Thanks for reminding me of that today
You're welcome, Shannon. Through the years, as my life has taken unexpected turns and included unwanted pain, I have often sat weeping and been encouraged by that song. It is a true testament of the power God has placed in the hands of the music he inspires.
