March 4, 2010 (Nashville, TN) – Renown pianist, studio musician and solo artist, Gordon Mote moves up the Top 40 on the Singing News Chart with his latest single, “I Will Lift Up My Head.” The song debuted at #46 on the January chart from hitting the Top 10 New Release chart just a month prior. Now at #21, “I Will Lift Up My Head” is his first single from his newest album I Will Sing.
“I Will Lift Up My Head,” written by the adored, late Dottie Rambo, features multi-award winning artist, The Isaacs, on background vocals. Radio Program Directors and listeners across the country have been raving about this upbeat gospel bluegrass song for months.

I Will Sing has been years in the making. Gordon and his manager, RSI Music Group founder Bob Rodgers, began working on the project in December of 2007. The album is mixed by Ben Fowler and co-produced by Phil Johnson, who has worked with Gordon on previous projects.
