Additional Performers Named for the 2006 SGN Music Awards Celebration

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Deon and Susan Unthank, owners of SouthernGospelNews.com, are proud to announce additional performers for the 2006 SGN Music Awards Celebration.

Karen Peck & New River, the Ruppes, and the Imperials will also be featured performers at the awards program on April 25, 2006 in Smyrna, Tennessee. The newly added performers will be joining already announced performing artists the Crabb Family, the Isaacs, the Booth Brothers, Lauren Talley, the McRaes, Hope’s Call, Charlotte Ritchie, the Collingsworth Family, Gordon Mote, and host Sondra Burnett.

”We already had an amazing list of performers for the Awards Celebration,” stated Deon Unthank of SouthernGospelNews.com. “With the addition of these three Gospel music staples, we know that this year’s show will be top notch. We can’t wait for the date to get here, because we are going to have a great time celebrating Southern Gospel music!”

Hosting the Awards Celebration this year will be last year’s host, Chris Unthank, and Southern Gospel singer/songwriter/comedienne Sondra Burnett.
