Wilma Shannon Releases Her 9th Cookbook

ECC recording artist Wilma Shannon (The Shannons) has just released her 9th cookbook entitled “Cooking with Love & Memories. The Cookbook has over 400 recipes along with cooking tips, origins of some of the recipes, etc. The new cookbook will be available at Barnes and Noble book stores, selective Christian book stores, several gift shops and through the Shannons website.
