Tara Jackson Releases New Self-Titled Album

NASHVILLE, TN (Press Release) - April 18, 2008 - Jackson Management Agency, Inc. (JMA) is excited to announce the official release of Tara Jackson's highly anticipated debut album.

Produced by Phil White of Icon Music, Tara's new album contains 10 songs from some of Gospel music's award winning writers, including Chris Binion, Rebecca Peck, Marty Funderburk, Tery Wilkins, and more. Wonder Working Power, the first single released from the album, has already been embraced by radio across the US.

Tara Jackson's debut album was carefully crafted using Nashville's top studio musicians - Steve Brewster (Faith Hill, Chicago), Blair Masters (Amy Grant, 4HIM), Jason Webb (Russ Lee, Ernie Hasse), Mark Hill (Carrie Underwood), John Catchings (Phil Keaggy, Trisha Yearwood), John Willis (The Hoppers), and Kelly Back (Gaither Vocal Band) at Square One Studio in Franklin, TN. This CD contains songs that showcase the passion Tara has for Jesus. With inspirational and uplifting tracks like God's Got A Word For You, Ask of Me, Pray for America, and Redeemer, she is already receiving acclaim from the Southern Gospel industry. "Tara possesses a wonderful talent with such an exceptional voice," remarked Sharon Hayes Hodges of The Hayes Family.

This is Tara Jackson's first full length album. Since she began her full-time solo career in 2006, she has sung with and opened for gospel greats such as The Galloways, Candy Hemphill Christmas, Tony Gore, Kirk Talley, and the Talley Trio. When Tara sings, you can hear and see the Holy Spirit at work.
