* Hope’s Call – “Keep On Keepin’ On”
In their first release since switching to a mixed group, this fine young group has kept the standard high. The song is full of energy with great harmony. The message is uplifting, and with the great beat, this cut will fit well into either drive time. Heritage Gold – Volume # 36 – cut # 2
* Cumberland Quartet – “Labor Of Love”
Here is one that is sure to work for all you quartet lovers. Performed in a very basic traditional fashion, it’s plain ole great harmony with an old timey feel. Written by Jerry Kelso, it has that very warm quartet feel to it. Daywind Radio Disc – Volume # 49 – cut # 6
* Steve Wilson and the Wilsons – “Back On My Feet”
This group definitely has that country sound that is so popular today. The tempo of this song also lends it to be a nice drive time tune. especially at the end of the day when you are a little weary from the trials of life. DJ Man Hit Singles – Volume # VI April 2003 – Cut # 1
* New Voice Quartet – “Old Camp Meeting Style”
Now here’s my “sleeper of the week”. I had never heard of this young group, but since I have, all I can say is WOW. This may be an old cover song, but it’s performed with such excitement and energy that it has a new feel to it. Give your listeners a treat and let them listen to this new group. Family Music Group – April 2003 – cut # 6

Daryl Williams Trio - “Concert Classics”
Produced by Daryl Williams
Independent Label
For The Daryl Williams Trio, this is an interesting CD. It is interesting
for a couple of reasons. First, the concept of recording concert classics that
weren’t necessarily hits by The Daryl Williams Trio. Second, Daryl Williams
is without a doubt one of the premier songwriters of the day, and he only wrote
a few of the songs on this CD.
