Everyone's talking about the movie. Not just any movie, the movie! The Passion of the Christ has caused the American public in general to flood the box offices around the country. There's a group of young men in Music City USA that has been singing for a few years now about this man Jesus and His passion for a lost and dying world. In fact their name carries His name, HisSong. HisSong singing with passion, about their passion - the Lord Jesus Christ!
Unbeknown to HisSong, when they sat down with Eddie Crook and Dave Wilcox of the Eddie Crook Company to pick material for their new MorningStar album, was any knowledge about a Christian movie let alone the Mel Gibson flick that has taken the country by storm. So when Mr. Crook pitched the fellows a song, those around the table simply judged the song on its own merits and not with a hidden agenda. When Eddie dug deep into his vault of great material and brought out "Three Words, Three Nails, Three Days" the room was stunned by the powerful message of the timeless story! Then in one voice, all assembled around the conference room table resounded with a unanimous "YES"!!
Some two months later, radio is receiving the new HisSong single "Three Words, Three Nails, Three Days" as the lead cut on the ECC Radio Sampler 0404 with the full support of the company! "Michael Frost has written a monster song!" stated Wilcox, The A&R Director for the label. "All of us at the ECC are hoping this is the breakout song for the trio!"
HisSong base their travels from Music City USA, Nashville, TN. Gary Winingham traveled for many years with another ECC artist Heirline. "I am so grateful for my time with Heirline" states Gary. "It was a good learning experience for me." Another industry veteran, who also traveled with Winingham in the former group, is Adam Elrod an excellent tenor singer. Gus Gaches, a renowned studio engineer and Nashville background vocalist, was very impressed with Adam the first time he heard him sing in the studio. Dennis Humphries rounds out this high - energy trio as the lead singer. He has a huge voice and an incredible testimony of God's amazing grace and sustaining power!

I had not seen HisSong in person till Sunday in Paris, Arkansas. Everyone has told me that I needed to see them in person. Well I'm so glad I did. I have been to alot of concerts in my life but I have never experienced one like this. The 3 men are definitely called by God.

HisSong is the best male trio in gospel music today. The song "Three Words, Three Nails, Three Days" is the song to be sung at this time because of the movie, "The Passion of the Christ" and the upcoming Easter Season. As Gary sings about Three Words "I Love You" the listener is in awe of the love of Christ, then Dennis sings about the Three Nails which hung Jesus to the Cross, and Adam sings of the Three Days, then Jesus came forth from the grave. Along with this song, they have many more which they sing that will transform a regular concert into a powerful worship service. If you have not heard these guys, I urge you to do so. They don't only sing about their love of Christ, they live the life that proves it. Congratulations, Guys, the article is great and so are you.

I saw HisSong for the first time last night in Texarkana, Texas at the Opryhouse. All I can say is WOW!! These 3 guys are outstanding. Over 500 people was at the concert and when the group performed this song everybody leaped to there feet with a standing ovation. This is a song NOW. If you get a chance to hear the song then I promise that you cant be still.

I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL HISSONG CONCERTS AND I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE LEFT THE PLACE TREMENDOUSLY BLESSED EACH TIME. I HEARD THIS SONG THREE WORDS THREE NAIL THREE DAYS AND AFTER I HEARD THE SONG I WENT TO SEE THE MOVIE THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST. THIS SONG GOES RIGHT ALONG WITH THE MOVIE. This is definitely going to be a hugh hit for HisSong. I never get tired of hearing them in person and on cd. I can tell that these guys live exactly what they sing about. The harmony these 3 guys have is unreal.
