It’s Contagious:

After the holidays, people seem to get "the blahs" for some reason. It's funny to me though, we anticipate the arrival of the holidays, seeing family and friends, planing charity events and celebrations, and taking time off from work but after we do all of that we get "down" or "the blahs".

I really don't have the reason for this. Maybe it's the let down after the season of excitement or the return to reality that seems to effect us. Nevertheless, I am trying to be upbeat, positive, and spread good news.

Last night at church, the pastor spoke about taking care of our spiritual bodies before we take care of our physical bodies. When we are in the Lord's presence, we experience peace and joy that will transform our words and actions into encouragement and love. I am attempting to do this. Only with Him can we affectively spread His Good News. Let our words count. We have the opportunity to help someone have a good day witch allows them the opportunity to help someone else to have a good day. I wish everyone that reads this a good day and remember if you are a child our God, you have a reason to be happy. We're on the winning team. Remind yourself and someone else about that. It can be contagious!
