Buddy Mullins and Donny Henderson Form New Group

Former Gaither Vocal Band lead singer, Buddy Mullins joins long-time Greenes member, Donny Henderson, in the formation of Second Mile. The group will consist of Buddy, Donny, and Buddy's wife Kerri Mullins.

Buddy spent many years singing with his family group, Mullins & Co. The group later became Sunday Drive and was featured on tours with Clay Crosse, Mark Lowry, and Jaci Velasquez. Buddy later went on to sing with the Gaither Vocal band for two years. Since that time he has been working on a solo career that keeps him quite busy.
Donny Henderson is most well-known from his time with Poet Voices. He sang baritone with Phil Cross for two years before spending nearly four years singing with The Greenes on the Gaither Homecoming tour. Donny works about 85 solo concerts a year.

Though you might not recognize her name, you have probably heard the voice of Kerri Mullins. Kerri has been singing all of her life. In addition to singing with the Mullins Family, Kerri has provided background vocals for many of christian Music's top artists.

Metro Artists Inc. is proud to present Second Mile. "Donny states, "The formation of this new group does not mean the end of our solo ministries. Buddy and I will continue to perform as solo artists in addition to the Second Mile concerts." The group is now scheduling dates for 2006, with their debut performance on New Years Eve at First Family Church in Overland Park, KS.
