Bryan Norris Resigns From Safe Harbor

imageFor the past two years I have had the privilege of singing with Safe Harbor. Dale, Johnny, Keith, David and Josh have become like brothers to me. The fun and fellowship we have shared is priceless. Our ministry has grown in many ways. God has abundantly blessed our efforts with more than 250 souls added to His Kingdom and countless lives touched by the power of the gospel in song.

Several months ago God began to burden my heart in a way that had not happened before, and it has been a very humbling experience. He challenged me step out on faith, leave my comfort zone, and move into a new area of ministry. After much prayer and fasting, I have surrendered to His will. Effective March 1, I will be moving to Ohio to work in outreach ministry to the homeless, poor and needy of the greater Cincinnati area. God has given me a vision of reaching out in Christian love to those that have fallen victim to hard economic times, failed relationships and the vice of drugs and alcohol.

It is ironic that change would come at this time. Safe Harbor's latest single, "I'll Carry The Gospel", is destined to climb higher than any previous release. And yet the poignant words of this Christian anthem will be with me in my quest to reach one more soul..."I'll carry the gospel of Jesus Christ to a soul nearest hell, to the seas far and wide. I'll not be ashamed to testify. I'll carry the gospel of Jesus Christ."

Please pray that I will be faithful to His will and effectively minister to those whom He has called me to.

In Christ,
Bryan Norris
