New Year, New Goals, Same God!

With 2009 behind us and 2010 now a reality, what new goals have we set for ourselves? Lose weight? Be a better friend? Be a more dedicated Christian? All of these are goals we should always strive to do everyday, not just at the beginning of a new year.

One of the goals that The Cavaliers Quartet has this year is to see more people changed by the life changing power of Christ! Is that just through singing at churches and festivals? In the old southern way of saying it, NOPE!! It is letting people know who "God Is" in our every day life, as well as when we travel far and near to proclaim what His Love can do.

Our new single, "God Is", tells of how we as human beings have zero power to save ourself from sin, sickness, or death. Bro. Adrian Rogers said it best, "Only one being in this universe has the power to heal the sick, raise the dead, and lift a sinner out of the miry pit of sin - "GOD IS"!! Lady Di, Diane Wilkinson went on to write a song from that very sermon that lets people know about that life changing power. "God Is, God does, out of all of His creation, He's the only one who can raise up a lost, dead man from the depths of his sin. God can, God will, give the victory over sin and death, satan and hell, if you want to know the only one who can do all this, I tell you GOD IS!!" What powerful words that we all can share with someone this year. Let your family, friends, and co-workers who "God Is" in your life.

Go to http://www.cavaliersquartet.com and listen to "God Is"! It will encourage you, as it has done for us!

In His Arms!
